Order & Shipping

How can I order?

After creating your account on our website, you can go to the related page of the product you like to purchase and select your size. Then click on “add to cart” button to place it to your shopping cart or click on “buy now” button and proceed to answer the follow up questions. You can finish the order after you answer the questions asked by our system & enter your payment information. After your order come up to our system, you will receive an e-mail with your order details to the adress that you stated while you create your account.

Can I order every product I see on the website?

You can only order from the OyeeDESIGN collection items, custom products are made for one customer only & are displayed on the website only for general information.

The size I like to purchase seems to be out of stock, when will it be available again?

Products that are out of stock will not be produced again because of the limited production policy.

I want to purchase a collection item but want to change the pattern, is it possible?

All the OyeeDESIGN products are produced by hand according to orders and this way you can change the colour of the patterns, add or remove patterns, even better place a brand new pattern of your choice to create your unique shoes. All you have to do is to contact customer services & clearly state your requests.

Which courier company do you work with?

We work with Ups Express only for our international shippings.

What’s the delivery for orders?

We ship orders via UPS in maximum 10 working days after order confirmation. Delivery of UPS vary depending on the country you live in, so please ask.

How can I know if my order is shipped?

When we ship your order, you receive an information mail with the UPS Waybill number to track your shipment.

How can I track my order?

If you visit www.ups.com , you can track your shipment with the waybill number you recevied.

My order didn’t arrive on time, what should I do?

If your order didn’t arrive on time, please contact our customer services. The source of the problem will found & you will get a reply as soon as possible.

How much will I pay for shipping?

Please click here to check the shipping costs. Note: Please check the products you receive in front of the employee of courier company. If there’s any harm on the product, make an official statement and don’t accept the package. Don’t forget that when you accept a package, you also accept that the courier company fulfilled its duty.

Every product with OyeeDESIGN brand is produced by hand with genuine leather & inerasable acrylic paints which all adequate to international health protocols.

Do the patterns become deformed in time?

They’re water resistant & don’t become deformed due to use.

How to clean?

Moisturize a piece of cotton fabric & rub smoothly without using any kind of cleaning material.

Needs any maintenance?

No need for any extra maintenance but needs to be kept away from some actions to avoid harm.

What kind of actions harm the products?

Hitting or rubbing the product to rough surfaces may harm the leather or the pattern on the product. Also contacting aceton, thinner, cologne & similar chemical/alcohol containing products may cause colour fading or harm to the pattern.

Is it safe to shop from Oyeedesign.com?

Does Oyeedesign store credit card information?

Every time you place an order, we ask for your credit card information. After a transaction, your credit card information will not be stored on our servers. You can check “Privacy Policy” for more detailed information.

You can check “Privacy Policy” section for all the detailed information about the storage/usage of your personal data with third parties.

Return - Exchange & Cancelling

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel any order you make from our website by contacting our customer services or info@oyeedesign.com within 24 hours.

Can I return a product?

Unless the product is used, you can return it in 5 (five) working days with its original packaging & invoice.

How long does it take to receive a refund for cancellations?

All refunds due to cancellations are made within 7 (seven) working days after receiving the cancellation order/mail. The refunds made to your credit cards may show in different timelines from bank to bank.

How long does it take to receive a refund for returns?

You should contact customer services or info@oyeedesign.com before returning a product first. All refunds due to returns (the fee for shipping to customer will be deducted) are made within 7 (seven) working days after receiving a return product in good condition with its original packing & invoice. The refunds made to your credit cards may show in different timelines from bank to bank.

Is it possible to change the product I purchased?

If you want to change the product you purchsed with any reason, please contact customer services or info@oyeedesign.com . Customer services will help you about all kinds of problems. All shipping fees for return & change products apply to customer.

In what circumstances return & change is not acceptable?

  • When changes are made due your demand on any collection item (Colour, pattern, writings etc.),
  • If the product is used or damaged,
  • Özel siparişlerde, (Tamamen sizin istekleriniz doğrultusunda hazırlanmış bir desen yaptırdığınızda)
  • If product is returned without original packaging & invoice.
Customer is obliged to return the product in good condition or compansate to commercial value loss of the product due to use.

Will I pay shipping fee to return or change products?

If you receive false product or a product with quality problems then all the shipping fees apply to OyeeDESIGN.
